DT Day with SUE

Good Morning! Today is my DT Day and I am very excited to show you a card I made for one of our family birthdays in February. Our family has 10 birthdays in that month so I have been busy creating!
For this card I used the image: Little Skateboard #4 and you can find it HERE.

I paired it with patterned papers and cardstock and added a sentiment.
Check out all the other skateboards (there are 4!) in the Shop!
Also, join us every month in the Monthly Challenge Blog- you could win some awesome prizes!

DT Crafting Vicky - Night time bear

Hope you are having a good week!  I'm here with a different little inspiration piece.  I made this for my little nephew to go with his Christmas present.  I figured when you are 2 and 1/2 it's really magical to play with one of those little globes.

I figured that this little guy would be perfect for this make Night time bear

So here's my little snowglobe

Here's a closer look at the digi that I barely colored with my copics.

DT Day with Robbie

Crazy but Valentine's Day is just around the corner....These fun lil cards feature Melissa’s Lovey Pup and  Hearty Hippo.

I chose to make a couple of ‘Spring’ Pop-up cards to showcase these delightful images. These cards mail flat and then ‘Spring’ up when taken out of the envelope. A wonderful easy-to-follow tutorial for this project can be found Here. These cards are a lot of fun!

I Wanted to keep the cards themselves simple so they would show off the image as well as the paper and fold of the card. I cut the puppy's mouth with an x-acto knife so I could slide the heart cut-out inside. (Yeesh, that sounds a bit morbid, ok alot.....but I digress…)

Thought the fanny of this Hippo needed to have an additional layer cut out and popped up on dimensional tape, the heart is another layer on top of that. The tail and bird are also 3-D. Those big ole pearly whites were just asking for a bit of Glossy Accents, the bright pink toenails as well. (We girls always want to look our very best.)

Thanks for Stopping by and happy paper crafting.....

Robbie
