A sad good-bye to our December guest designer, Mariska!  She is leaving us but not without sharing another inspiring creation, this time using PATRIOTIC BEAR!  Isn't it just grand!?  Perfect for bringing AND RINGING in the New Year tonight!!

Merry Christmas from Meljen’s Designs!

(I created this digital ‘card’ for you with the help of my 8-year-old daughter, who is the featured inspiration for my famous little Brooke Bear digi!)

It’s Melissa here – the artist of Meljen’s Designs. It’s almost been two years since I started drawing digital stamps as ‘Meljen’s Designs’ on Etsy! Here I am again with my own shop packed with more than 700 designs. Can you believe it? It seems like it all started so long ago, but I’ve had so much fun!

I enjoy designing all of my little characters and critters for all of you. Hearing the sweet words and seeing your AMAZING creations (from the simple to the extravagant!) from all of you makes it so worth while. I love seeing all that you create with my little pieces of art. I LOVE inspiring creativity!

I am wishing you all a safe, peaceful Christmas with your friends and family.

Mariska's been busy!

I've got 2 beautiful creations to share with you from our wonderful December guest designer, Mariska!

To start thing off with a bang, Mariska has created an amazing birthday card for her little brother!  Just look at all the dimension and layers, this card definitely falls into the "Stunning" category!  I love the colors and "Party Time Cat" looks fantastic with Mariska's beautiful coloring!  The glittery balloons and the stars just make me swoon!

And now, I am totally IN LOVE with Mariska's "Lovin' Turtle" card!  The texture on his cute little shell is just too much!  (in a good way, of course!!)  I love the ribbons along the side of the image and the flowers are a perfect touch!

Oh, Mariska's creations are always so awesome!  I could go on and on!  Her layouts are always so fun and her attention to detail really makes her work stand out!  You can find more of her designs on her blog, Sending You A Little Smile.  I hope that you are enjoying her creations this month as much as we are here at Meljen's Designs!
